EVALUATING DIGITAL HEALTH PRODUCTS

ehc worked with Movember to develop an ongoing evaluation on the impacts of two digital health products for men living with testicular and prostate cancer.

This project aimed to:
• Understand the extent to which these products have an impact on men diagnosed with or facing a diagnosis of testicular or prostate cancer and their support networks, and people seeking information about cancer
• Create strong indicators that enable Movember to monitor change for decision makers to improve their products
• Create persuasive narratives for users and potential funders to understand the value of their products.

 ehc developed web-based intercepts to collate real-time data and gave users the opportunity to opt-in to ongoing surveys disseminated through Qualitrics (over 3 time points to determine long-term impact). Qualitative interviews and user-recorded video diaries were embedded in the evaluation, to provide additional context to the products.
