ehc is collaborating with Toowoomba Regional Council to evaluate The CHANGE Project. This project sees us working with community members, providers, referrers and funders of The CHANGE Project. We are using a mixed-methods approach to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. This comprehensive evaluation will enable us to capture the project’s impacts on community engagement, behaviour, and perceived wellbeing while also capturing systemic insights on how Council can meet the future needs of the community.
