EVIDENCE SUMMARIES FOR QUEENSLAND WOMEN AND GIRLS

QUEENSLAND HEALTH

We worked with Queensland Health’s Queensland Women and Girls Health Promotion Program Team at Queensland Health to build the evidence base of how they will work towards transformative health promotion action for Queensland women and girls as part of the Queensland Women and Girls’ Health Strategy 2032. We conducted a rapid scoping review of peer-reviewed and grey literature across nine different topics: ranging from chronic conditions and cancer to mental health and wellbeing. We then produced 10-12 page evidence summaries for each topic, which are designed to support the work of anyone doing health promotion work to support women and girls’ health and wellbeing.
