CORANGAMITE SHIRE COUNCIL
ehc worked with the Corangamite Shire Council and their stakeholders to produce their MPHWP. This project required in-depth knowledge about the legislative environment, healthcare service systems, community support networks and the overarching role of the Victorian State Public Health & Wellbeing Plan. We understand the unique role of local government in public health planning. We also worked closely with over 18 external agencies over three phases of engagement to develop the MPHWP. Our engagement methods were similar to those proposed in this project (e.g. online survey, iterative workshops).
